One Solar Unit, Multiple Site Requirements

Every project begins with a specific requirement. For the solar panel project, Creative Partners received a request to develop a solar unit suitable for installation across multiple client sites, each with its own technical considerations.

To address these requirements, Creative Partners partnered with One Stack at the early development stage, combining technical development with manufacturing capabilities to deliver a solution aligned with the project’s application.

From Technical Drawing to Approved Sample

Design for Manufacturing (DFM) is the starting point, defining what needs to be done in the project, followed by material selection, laser cutting, steel welding, and a range of other manufacturing operations, all working together to reach the final approved sample.

Every project starts the same way: with a technical drawing developed around the client’s exact specifications and project needs. From there, material selection becomes critical — especially given how many of these projects fall within oil and gas standards, where every material has to be reviewed and approved before it earns a place in the build.

With the materials approved, the project moves into the manufacturing stage, where the design is brought to life through precision fabrication and welding, with quality controlled at every stage before a sample is built. The initial sample is evaluated against the client’s specifications, refined where necessary, and only approved for full production once it meets the required standards.

From Manufacturing Partner to Industrial Arm

What began as a manufacturing partnership evolved into a strategic industrial capability. Across multiple projects, One Stack has demonstrated its ability to take complex requirements and turn them into engineered, validated, and production-ready products — regardless of how tailored the application may be.
